Brand Activation at iHeartRadio Music Festival

This year, we had the opportunity to launch the 100 Coconuts brand activation at iHeartRadio Music Festival. This one-day sampling event stirred excitement and generated brand awareness among festival attendees.

Our fully turnkey support of this brand activation included:

  • Fully branding an operational food truck with awning
  • Staffing the campaign with an experiential event team which included a driver, field manager and four brand ambassadors
  • Producing the campaign signage and flags
  • Renting lounge furniture and tables and chairs
  • Adding misting stations
  • Handling all logistics and planning for the activation
  • Managing all product samples and swag
  • Activating during the campaign
  • Reporting qualitative and quantitative results

Over the course of the one-day music festival activation, we successfully distributed 2,200 coconut water samples. Sampling provided 100 Coconuts the opportunity to raise awareness, generate product trial, increase purchase intent and even provide shareable moments socially. The brand activation literally put the brand in festival attendees’ hands – and also the drink to their lips.

The brand activation garnered an estimated 50,000 human-to-human interactions and a total estimated 125,000 brand impressions.

Plus, it scored 100 Coconuts some new fans.
